At Nerdotopia, we prioritize delivering high-quality, on-demand products with the utmost care. All of our items are custom-made and printed on demand to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Processing Time

All orders at Nerdotopia are processed after being placed. Due to the nature of our business, all products are printed on demand.

  • Production time: 3–7 business days

Production time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been produced and quality-checked, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.


Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates based on destination and include both production and shipping:

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–20 business days

  • All Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking email or experience issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before purchase completion.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues or Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders; however, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your tracking information, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you believe your order is defective or there was an error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you accordingly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
