We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or any issues other than damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you, but proof of the damage is required for processing an exchange or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right. To request a replacement for damaged items, please contact us at support@nerdotopia.store with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos showing the issue, and the item should be unused and in its original condition.
Important Notes:
We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. Sale items or custom orders are not eligible for exchanges. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
