How many days does it take to ship orders?
All orders require 4-5 business days production time (may be longer during holidays).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are a few locations we are currently unable to ship to. If your order falls within one of these areas, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will reach out to you promptly to discuss alternative solutions or issue a full refund.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was requested. This allows us to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
